2. OEM/ODM Policy
We provide OEM and ODM service for all our customers. In the meantime, we also sell products without logos or labels. Quality standards and approvals are in accordance to buyers’ requests. Minimum order quantity for OEM service: MOQ differs according to different products. For detailed information, please contact our marketing department.
3. Customized product
Customization product is a big advantage in FLAMEMAX, every year, we design and develop more than 10 new models, these designs are from our customer's good idea, and all these customized products bring good profit to their master.
4. What documents we can offer
According to your request, we can offer: C/O (certificate of origin) FORM E / FORM F / FORM A / FORM P / FORM B / FORM R / FORM N CCPIT stamp Fumigation certificate Bill of Lading Commercial Invoice Packing List. Embassy stamp （Fees paid by the buyer） CIQ （Fees paid by the buyer）
5. Warranty
6 months or 1 year depend on different FLAMEMAX product. Within the warranty period, send us the pictures for the part you need, we will solve for you. 1. 6 months or 1 year depend on different product (begins on the date of purchase by the customer) will be free of charge for maintenance. 2. This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: a. Improper maintenance or modification; b .Parts or supplies not provided or supported by Flamemax; c. Unauthorized modification or misuse. d. Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God. e. Damage of the appearance of the products. f. Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair....

Flamemax offer 3% free spare parts from order quantity for your every order.
7. Production Capacity
Don’t worry about Flamemax production capacity; we produce more than 6000 sets of various types of products every month.
8. Payment Term
Mostly,Flamemax work with: FOB / CNF / CIF or EX-WORK. Which one? Depend on you and order amount. Order total amount less than USD20000 will be EX-WORK, over USD20000 base on FOB HUANGPU. 30% deposit by T/T payment for start production, 70% by T/T or L/C before delivery. Small amount by T/T or Western Union are acceptable.
9. Delivery Time
Depending on your quantity, for goods we have in stock, Delivery takes 2 days to comply with your request to replace the plug or other configurations. For Regular order, delivery takes between 30-40 days.
